Two top players of liverpool are more likely to leave says Liverpool's boss Jurgen Klopp

It was only last week when Jurgen Klopp was publicized as the new boss of Liverpool succeeding Brendan Rodgers. Previously, Klopp successfully managed his former team Borussia Dortmund which led them to obtain two back to back Bundesliga titles. It is expected of Klopp to implement the same high intensity and high pressing game he played with Dortmund at Anfield and with that, it is believed Liverpool will move to the next level. Stan Collymore an ex- Liverpool  player shared thoughts about Klopp’s style and his opinion, probably two highly ranked Liverpool players will be sold.

Sturridge and Benteke would have to contrive to adapt to this style of Klopp, as he will prefer a high intensity game. Stan is convinced that Sturridge can adapt to this Klopp’s style very well, however he doesn’t believe if Benteke is up for it and even if this Klopp’s style suits him. According to his opinion, Adam Lallana is another one player who might struggle. The English playmaker is now fit after being sidelined with lot of injuries lately but yet still, Collymore believes Lallana might struggle to attune to track back and might also fail to press as highly as Klopp would expect him to.

Moreover it is still too soon to judge what Klopp thinks of the Liverpool squad and all the players need to perform homogeneously well to impress the German manager as every player is going to be on the edge. Only after the players performing consistently well, then can they successfully qualify for the next season’s Champions League. Talking about the future of these two players Benteke and Lallana, it is only time that can tell what will happen. But from his opinion, he strongly doubt if these players can still make it at Liverpool under Klopp’s reign.
